Shots Fired Incident In Columbia Neighborhood Where Children Playing Outside

An investigation is underway in Columbia after a shots fired incident where children were playing outside last (Monday) night.

According to police it happened around 6 in the area of Typhoon Court.

Columbia Police Geoff Jones released a statement saying “For those who choose to invoke fear and victimize other people, we will continue to pursue you with the full resources of the City, County and Federal government.”

There is no report of injuries, anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers.
