Montgomery County Man Killed At St. Louis Construction Site

A Montgomery County man is dead after an accident at a construction site in suburban St. Louis yesterday (Tuesday) morning.

According to reports from the St. Louis Post Distpatch a crane struck 35 year old Shawn Pritchett in Shrewbury as crews were working on a nearly four mile-long tunnel to collect storm water.

Pritchett was a contract worker for SAK Construction.

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now investigating the death.
