Columbia Police Investigate Shooting Death

A man is dead after being shot multiple times in an apartment in Columbia yesterday (Wednesday).

According to police it happened in the 3400 block of James Dale Road around 4 yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.

No one else was injured in the shootings.

One person was detained at the scene, and 2 handguns were found inside the apartment by officers.

An investigation is continuing.
