Two Arrests Made And Stolen Vehicle Recovered In Pike County

Two men are facing charges after a stolen vehicle was recovered in Pike County.

According to the Hannibal Police Department a citizen reported seeing the vehicle in the 1400 block of Market Street on Monday.

Officers say they stopped 48 year old Patrick Niffen, of Bowling Green, and 38 year old James Hartwick of Louisiana, Missouri.

Niffen was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle and outstanding warrants out of Pike County.

Hartwick was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
