Widespread Flu Reported In Missouri

Missouri is being classified as one of 46 states where the flu is considered wide-spread.

According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, eleven thousand, one hundred and seventy one cases of the flu have been reported so far during the 2019-2020 season.

61 news cases were reported in Cole County from the week of December 29th through January 4th.

The flu season starts in early October and generally peaks from around December to February.
