Joseph Elledge Charged With First Degree Murder

The husband of a missing Columbia woman, is now charged with first-degree murder.

According to court records Joseph Elledge was charged yesterday (Wednesday) by the Boone County prosecuting attorney.

His wife Mengqi Ji Elledge was reported missing October 10th, and Joseph has been the subject of an active investigation into her disappearance.

Joseph Elledge’s next court appearance is set for this (Thursday) morning at 9:30 at the Boone County Circuit Court.
