Judge Orders Evictions Suspended In Boone And Callaway Counties

All evictions are being suspended through April 17th in Boone and Callaway Counties.

Judge Kevin Crane made the order yesterday (Monday) and also left it up to the head of each law enforcement agency to decide whether or not to arrest people on warrants for failure to appear in court.

The orders given due to the COVID-19 emergency.
