Audrain County Commission Announces CARES Act Funding

The Audrain County Commission is releasing information about funding available through the CARES Act.

Audrain County received nearly 3 million dollars from the State of Missouri and has now developed an application process for the first round of funding for local governments, non-profits, and businesses affected by COVID-19.

Audrain County is allocating $950,000 for the first round of funding for expenses incurred between March 1st and June 30th.

Applications are available at the Audrain County Clerk’s office, city halls in Mexico and Vandalia, Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, and on the County’s website and social media accounts.

Applications are due back to the Commission on or before July 31st.
