Potential Buyer for SSM Audrain

KWWR news has obtained information that a letter of intent to puchase SSM Audrain has been signed by Noble Health Audrain Incorporated.

Leadership at SSM – Audrain is reportedly meeting with employees and staff today to inform them that the letter of intent has been signed.

On June 9th, Noble Health Audrain Incorporated was granted a Certificate of Corporation by the Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft.

Noble Health is based in Kansas City and was incorporated in December of 2019 and announced that month, that one of its subsidiaries would manage and operate Fulton Medical Center.

According to sources SSM and Noble Health Corporation are working on releasing a joint statement about the purchase soon.
