Arrest Made in Columbia Fatal Shooting

A Columbia man is facing charges of Second Degree murder after a shots fired incident on Saturday.

Columbia police say they arrested 23 year old Kesan Tyree McNeal for for an incident that took place near 8th Street and Locust Street.

The victim was identified as 38 year old Joseph Hecht of Sturgeon.
