Accused Murderer Appears in Court

One of three men accused of murdering 25 year old Chance Davis of Mexico last month is requesting to hire an attorney following a hearing this (Tuesday) morning.

According to the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 22 year old Deyton Fisher appeared by video conference this morning in his initial court appearance.

His next hearing is set for August 11th at 9am by video conference and is for counsel status and 7-day bond review hearing according to Supreme Court rules.
