Election Results

Current Missouri Governor Republican Mike Parson and Democratic State Auditor Nicole Galloway will face off in November.

Republicans overwhelmingly voted Parson as their party’s nominee for governor yesterday.

Galloway easily secured the democratic nomination with over four hundred thousand votes yesterday (Tuesday).

In the race for Lt. Governor Republican Mike Kehoe will be challenged by Democrat Alissa Canady.

Missouri voters picked a former federal prosecutor as the Democratic candidate to face off against Republican Attorney General Eric Schmitt in November.

Rich Finneran defeated Elad Gross on Tuesday to get the nomination.

Callaway County

Roger Fischer defeated Will Shackelford for the Republican nomination for the Callaway County Western District Commissioner.

Randolph County

In a 3-way Republican party battle for Randolph County Sheriff, Aaron Wilson came out on top defeating Chris Wertz and Will Barger.

Wilson with 1,744 votes.

He will face Democrat Michael Hopper in the November general election. Veteran Sheriff Mark Nichols is retiring.

Three New Sheriff Elects.

Three new sheriff’s will be taking office in Monroe, Montgomery and Ralls Counties in January.

In Monroe County Joe Colston secured the nomination and will run unopposed in November.

He will take over for the retiring David Hoffman.

In Montgomery County Craig Allison will take over for retiring Sheriff Matt Shoo.

And in Ralls County Bradd Stinson is the new sheriff elect running unopposed in November taking over for retiring Sheriff Gerry Dinwiddie.

State Representative District 40

In the 5 way-race for the Republican nomination for State Representative District 40 Chad Perkins came out on top with 3,847 votes.
