More Federal Prison Time Handed Down In Carl DeBrodie Case

More prison time is being handed down to a person listed as a caretaker and charged in the death of developmentally disabled Carl DeBrodie of Fulton.

A federal judge in Jefferson City this morning sentenced Anthony R. Flores to 15 years and 8 months in prison following his guilty plea to failing to provide medical care for DeBrodie, resulting in injury or death.

Another man Anthony R.K. Flores who is charged in connection with DeBrodie’s death is set for sentencing this afternoon (Wednesday).

He has pleaded guilty to lying to Fulton police about the last time he saw DeBrodie.

Sherry Paulo was sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison in this case yesterday (Tuesday).
