Mexico Softball Loses Tough Conference Game to Kirksville

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs lost 8-2 against the Kirksville Lady Tigers in softball tonight.

Brooke Teel had a single, Taylor Demint put up 2 singles along with a stolen base and a run scored.

Lexi Willer and Abby Oetting each had singles in the game as well.

The Lady Dogs fell to 11-8 on the year and 6-2 in the North Central Missouri Conference.

Kirksville remains undefeated in the NCMC at 8-0 and 14-1 overall.

The Mexico girls have the day off tomorrow and return to action on Wednesday when they host the Battle Spartans.
