Governor Parson Submits Missouri’s Plan for Impending COVID-19 Vaccine to CDC

Governor Mike Parson says he has submitted a plan for the impending COVID-19 vaccine to the CDC.

According to Missouri Department f Health and Human Services Director Dr. Randall Williams the state is planning to get a limited supply in late November or early December.

The plan will focus on the initial doses toward reducing or stopping death and disability by reducing stress on health care systems caring for impacted patients, while recognizing the likelihood of a limited vaccine availability.

Governor Parson is saying that every Missourian should have the vaccination by April.
