MO DHSS Investigating Complaint of Moldy Marijuana

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is looking into a complaint that a medical marijuana product purchased at a state-licensed dispensary contained mold.

DHSS has stopped sales on all remaining product from the batch and says the batch passed all required resting prior to sale.

They also say there have not been any other concerns or adverse reactions reported from the more than 200 individuals who purchased the product.

DHSS says anyone who thinks they may be experiencing an adverse reaction should seek medical attention.
