Third Murder Suspect in Mexico Murder Arrested in Las Vegas

A third arrest is now made in the murder of Chance Davis that happened in Mexico in June.

According to Mexico Public Safety 25 year old Timothy S. Midgyett Jr. was arrested on Saturday night by officers with the Las Vegas, Nevada Police Department.

His vehicle was stopped and Midgyett was arrested for the June 27th murder of Chance Davis.

The arrest warrant for Midgyett was the last outstanding warrant for Davis’ murder.

On July 31st, Quincy, Illinois police arrested Deyton L. Curtis Fisher.

On October 8th, US Marshalls arrested Sadiq J. Moore in Columbia.
