Fulton Police Investigations Over the Weekend

Fulton Police arrest a Fulton man for assault and detain four suspects in a shots fired investigation over the weekend.

Saturday afternoon, police were called for an attempted theft of a vehicle and an assault at Casey’s on Business 54 South and after an investigation, arrested 30-year old Mychal M. Myers of Fulton for stealing a motor vehicle and 2 counts of 4th degree assault.

Myers was taken to the Callaway County Jail with no bond.

Just before 8 yesterday (Sunday) morning, officers investigated a shots fired call in the 300 block of W. 5th Street.

Officers found property damage but no suspects.

Just before 1:30 in the afternoon, another shots fired call in the 700 block of Jefferson Street was investigated, with officers finding one person taken to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Four suspects were detained for questioning.

The investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
