Increasing Calls For Missouri Senator Josh Hawley to Resign

There have been increasing calls for Missouri Senator Josh Hawley to resign after he says he will never apologize for his objection to the Electoral College certification.

The objection, came just hours after a violent mob over ran the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, that resulted in the deaths of 4 people.

Representative Cory Bush, along with former Senator John Danforth are among those pushing for Hawley to resign.

The senate could vote to censure the senator which would be a formal statement of disapproval in the form of a resolution that is adopted majority vote.
