Fulton House Fire Sends Man to Hospital With Life Threatening Injuries

The cause of a fire early this morning (Monday) at a Fulton residence that left a man with life threatening injuries is under investigation.

According to the Fulton Fire Department it happened just after 2:30am in the 800 block of Green Street where a single-story duplex was showing smoke.

Crews located an elderly man during the search and removed him from the house.

The victim was taken to the Fulton Medical Center with life threatening injuries.

One cat was also found and was deceased.

The fire is not considered suspicious at this time.
