Two Inmate Deaths Reported From Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center

The Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center is reporting 2 offenders have died.

According to a press release from the Center, 63 year old Robert Bartley was pronounced dead at 8:43 on Monday morning at the Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

Bartley died of apparent natural causes.

Nineteen year old Phineas Schrock was pronounced dead at 10:40 on Saturday at the Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton.

Schrock was serving a 10-year sentence for first degree sexual abuse and incest from Chariton County.

He was received on April 29th in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

An autopsy will be conducted on Schrock.
