New Activities Director and Assistant Principal at Mexico High School

A familiar face is returning to the Mexico School District.

Brandon Shafer will take over the rose as Activities Director and Assistant Principal at the Mexico High School starting in July.

Shafer previously worked in the Mexico District as principal at Hawthorne Elementary for 5 years.

Last year he served as the Primary Principal at the Ralls County Elementary School.

Shafer takes over for Travis Blevins who is leaving to become the head coach of the North Callaway Thunderbirds Football Team.
