Some Campgrounds and Recreation Areas Set to Re-Open at Mark Twain Lake

Some campgrounds at Mark Twain Lake will re-open Monday.

According to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ray Behrens and Frank Russell campgrounds will open at 5:00 Monday evening with reservations being accepted for those two and Indian Creek starting Monday as well.

Other areas re-opening Monday include the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center Lobby & Recreation Area, Warren G. See South Spillway, David C. Berti shooting range, Briscoe Group Camp, and Spalding Day Use and picnic shelters.

Beaches remain closed due to high water, as does the Bluffview Recreation Area.
