The Kansas City Chiefs picked up their 2nd preseason win last night (Friday) with a 17-10 win on the road over the Arizona Cardinals.

The Chiefs are now 2-0 to start the preseason and will play at Arrowhead on Friday when the Minnesota Vikings come to visit.

The St. Louis Cardinals were shut out 4-0 by the Pittsburgh Pirates at Busch Stadium last night (Friday).

Miles Mikolas had a successful return to the mound, pitching for the first time since May 22nd.

Mikolas left after 84 throws with 2 unearned runs.

The offense failed to support the right hander.

The Cardinals are currently 3.5 games out of the second Wild Card spot.

The Kansas City Royals defeated the Chicago Cubs 6-2 at Wrigley Field.

Royals slugger Salvador Perez had a 2 home run game.
