KWWR Sports Report 10/2/21

The 101st Highway 54 went to the Mexico Bulldogs by a score of 35-14. The Bulldogs improved to 5-1 and won their 9th straight Highway 54 Bowl against the Hornets. Andrew Runge put up 132 yards rushing with a touchdown. Anthony Shivers rushed for 103 with 2 touchdowns. Michael White had 69 yards and 2 scores. And it was Ty Sims rushing for 73 yards. Andrew Runge, Morgan Grubb and Matt McCurdy each had an interception.

The Missouri Tigers Football Team is back home in Columbia today against the Tennessee Volunteers.

Kansas City knocked around 15 hits as 8 of the 9 batters in the Royals lineup registered at least one hit.
