Mexico High School JAG Program Holds Installation Ceremony
The inaugural Mexico High School JAG Installation Ceremony was held last night (Wednesday) at Emmons Hall.
This ceremony is an annual event for JAG participants, their families and the community.
Each ear JAG has their elected officers take their oaths of office and inducts Career Association members as part of the JAG program.
Specialists Mr. Oliver Brilhante and Ms. Sarah Keithley will continue to host this event each year for our growing JAG program here in Mexico.
For the 2021/2022 ceremony there were several school and community guests that JAG invited to speak to the students, those who attended included Superintendent Melissa Chastain, Board of Education member Mrs. Marci Orr and community leader Dr. Ayanna Shivers.
The 2021/2022 officers are President Christian Brashear, Secretary Jordan McCoy, VP of Leadership Development Shelby Gifford, VP of Civic Awareness Tyler Bird and VP of Career Development Allie Goff.
