MU Long-Term Plan for Investment
A $1.5 billion investment is being planned for Mizzou over the next decade.
MizzouForward looks to enhance the university’s research and education missions by recruiting new tenure and tenure-track faculty, build and upgrade research facilities and retain faculty and staff through additional salary support.
The plan calls for funding of $100 million each from the state, industry partners and university donors, $300 million from tuition dollars, $50 million from federal support through the Veterans Administration, and $250 million from MU Health Care.
These figures are all 10-year figures.
