The Kansas City Chiefs defense shut down the Dallas Cowboys in a 19-9 win at Arrowhead Stadium yesterday (Sunday).

Chris Jones piled up 3 1/2 sacks while forcing a fumble and recovering one, and Charvarius Ward and L’Jarius Sneed picked off Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott at crucial points in the game.

Chiefs running back Clyde-Edwards-Helaire added 63 yards rushing and a touchdown in his return from injured reserve.

Kansas City improved to 7-4 and get a week off before playing the Denver Broncos on December 5th.

The Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team completed a thrilling 80-75 overtime win against SMU last night (Sunday) in the Jacksonville Classic.

Mizzou went down 13 points in the second half, however shot 7 of 10 in the final six minutes of the game.

Kobe Brown put up a career high 24 points and Ronnie DeGray III finished the night with a career-high 18 points.

With the win Missouri will face off against Florida State tonight (Monday) in the championship game of the Duval bracket of the Jacksonville Classic.

The game has a 7:30 tip.

The Mizzou Women’s Basketball team improved to 4-0 after defeating Idaho State yesterday afternoon (Sunday).

Izzy Higginbottom led the team offensively with a career high 18 points.

Up next the Mizzou Women will be back at Mizzou Arena tomorrow night (Tuesday) when Troy come to town.
