William Dahl Facing New Criminal Charge
A Mexico man accused of multiple sex crimes, some involving minors, is facing a new charge.
According to online court records, William Dahl is now facing a count of forcible sodomy.
The charge, filed Friday December 17th, stems from an incident in 2003 according to the probable cause statement provided to KWWR news.
The probable cause statement details an incident between the victim and Dahl that happened at Lakeview Park in Mexico when the victim was 17 or 18.
The victim states she went on a date with Dahl and he pulled into the park and began kissing the victim who told him to stop.
The victim claims Dahl did not stop, locked the doors to the car and forced her into anal intercourse without her consent.
Online court records do not show a hearing scheduled yet for the new charge.
