KWWR Sports Report 1/1/22

The College Football Playoff Championship is set after several big time bowl games were played yesterday (Friday).

The 2nd ranked Georgia Bulldogs clobbered Michigan 34-11 at the Capital One Orange Bowl. They will face the number 1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide who put an end to the Cinderella 4th ranked Cincinnati Bearcats season 27-6 at the Cotton Bowl.

Alabama and Georgia will play for the national championship on Monday, January 10th at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis with an 8pm kickoff.
