Missouri Veterans Homes Win Award

Six of the seven Missouri Veterans Homes are now award winners.

Homes in Mexico, Warrensburg, Cameron, St. James, Mt. Vernon and Cape Girardeau have won the Best In Class customer experience award from Pinnacle Quality Insight.

These six homes have won the award for three consecutive years and in all six of these plus the home in St. Louis ranked highest with cleanliness, dignity and respect, and safety and security.

The homes received a 100% resident satisfaction rating, well above the national average of 76.1% according to Pinnacle.

Pinnacle is a customer satisfaction measurement firm dealing in healthcare.
