Suspended Auxvasse Police Chief Enters Plea in Callaway County Court
The Auxvasse Police Chief under suspension Kevin Suedmeyer, is pleading not guilty to domestic violence charges.
According to online court records, Suedmeyer waived his arraignment and entered the not guilty plea in Callaway County Court Wednesday.
Suedmeyer is accused of assaulting his 15-year old son in December of last year and remains out on bond.
His next court appearance is set for March 9th.
