Platinum Health is in it’s second week as the new owners of the hospitals and some clinics in Mexico and Fulton and is announcing some operational changes this week.

The Family Medicine Clinic in Mexico will be open today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday) and close on May 11th.

According to an email sent to active employees of Platinum Health over the weekend, the landlord has requested they vacate the facility by Friday, May 13th.

Communications efforts are apparently underway by Platinum Health with the patients.

The Walk In Clinic will be opening in the Stribling Building on Wednesday, May 11th under the direction of Dr. Scott Dudley.

Dr. Diane Jacobi will start seeing patients in the Perry Clinic starting Wednesday, May 11th and will continue through the end of the month.

The providers in Wellsville and Montgomery City have accepted other positions, and those clinics will be temporarily closed while Platinum recruits new providers.

Platinum told employees they must notify the state by June 23rd to schedule a site visit for reopening the hospitals and continue to try and resolve new vendor agreements.
