Mexico High School Girls Soccer and Softball Announce New Head Coaches for Upcoming Year

The Mexico High School is introducing two new head coaches for he upcoming year.

Mexico High School Activities Director Brandon Schafer says Sarah Olson will be taking over the girls soccer program.

Curt Riley will be entering his 37th year of coaching. This past year he was the Head Girls basketball coach at New Bloomfield. He has 10 years of softball coaching experience, most recently at Kirksville High School. He was inducted into the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2014 and will be teaching health at Mexico Middle School.

Sarah Olson will be entering her 9th year in education, she has been an Assistant Girls Soccer Coach the last two years and an Assistant Tennis Coach the last 5 years. She is a 4th grade teacher at Eugene Field and a graduate of Hannibal High School. She attended college at Hannibal LaGrange, where she continued her soccer career.
