The St. Louis Cardinals have the day off, meanwhile the struggling pitching staff of the Cardinals took another blow today as starter Steven Matz, fresh off the IL, returns to the IL with a torn meniscus in his right knee. He is expected to miss at least a month.
Kansas City hosts the LA Angels tonight at the K. Noah Syndergaard faces KC’s Zack Grienke.
