Boone County Students to Get Supplies, Health Screenings, and Vaccinations in Columbia
On Saturday, August 6th, the Voluntary Action Center will be holding their 15th Annual Back to School Health Fair at Derby Ridge Elementary at 4000 Derby Ridge Dr in Columbia from 9am – 1pm.
Boone County students will receive a backpack full of school supplies. Attendees will have access to receive free health screenings, dental screenings and haircuts.
Also, the Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services will offer free COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
There will be other local organizations present to provide information about other services available to students and their families during the school year.
