Mexico Public Safety Responds to Fire on North Washington Friday
On Friday, Mexico Department of Public Safety responded to the 700 block of North Washington regarding a residential fire. The first arriving officers were notified of smoke in the front bedroom.
The fire was extinguished with moderate damage to the bedroom, and light smoke throughout the home. The fire appeared to have been started at a power strip.
There were no injuries.
