New Voting Laws in Effect for Next Election – Check Your ID
New voting laws require Missouri or government-issued photo ID to vote.
Out-of-state driver’s licenses, bank notes, utility bills, and other formerly accepted forms of ID are no longer valid.
Absentee voting no longer requires a medical excuse, making it easier.
Voters without an accepted ID will vote with provisional ballot, counted only if you come back to your polling place on Election Day with your ID or your signature matches the signature on your voter registration record.
