Hurricane Ian Update
Missouri electric line crews from 13 Missouri utilities, including Hannibal and Macon headed to Florida yesterday to aid recovery efforts from Hurricane Ian.
Ian hit Florida just after noon today as a powerful Category 4 storm with 155 mph winds with the eye moving onshore at Sanibel and Captiva islands according to the National Hurricane Center and Publix officials, locations in the counties of Sumter, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Marion, Osceola, and Volusia are now closed.
