Two Trojans Pick Up All-District Honors
Community R-6 boys basketball’s season may be over, but they picked up the most wins since their 2014-15 season.
Those wins came in large part because of Senior Gavin Allen and Junior Mason Carroll who led the team in both scoring and rebounding.
For those efforts, they have been awarded All District honors.
From Coach Shotten – “Really proud of these guys, they work really hard and I am proud of their growth in the two years I have been here. To have the season end on a controversial call was really tough, it was a tough thing to go through and not how you want a season to end. Both of these guys were our leading scorers and rebounders, they were the two key players on everyone’s scout when playing against us. Their hard work and character will help these two when they graduate and I look forward to seeing their continued success”.
