Mexico Man Arrested for Child Pornography Makes Court Appearance
A Mexico man charged with possessing and promoting child pornography makes his first court appearance.
Joe Evan Cheney is accused of possessing and sharing pornographic images of children.
A search warrant was served on Tuesday at Cheney’s residence.
Cheney had his initial appearance yesterday (Thursday) for a bond hearing and he remains in custody with no bond.
A bond review hearing is set for Tuesday morning at 9am at the Audrain County Courthouse.
