Fulton Man Arrested for Assault and Burglary

A Fulton man is facing Felony Assault and Burglary charges after an arrest early this morning (Friday) in Fulton.

Officers from the Fulton Police Department responded to an assault in the 600 block of Vine Street just after 3am.

According to the news release a man entered a residence and hit a person living there.

Officers located the suspect, 20-year-old Jordan A. Castillo and tried to arrest him, however he then fled on foot.

The Fulton Police K9 was deployed along with the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office drone.

Castillo was found later on St. Louis Avenue and arrested for two Audrain County warrants and charges related to the incident from this morning (Friday).
