Natalie Thomas Continues to Earn Accolades at William Woods University
The William Woods University is announcing a local woman has earned the Athletic Department’s highest honor.
Natalie Thomas plays basketball and runs track for the Owls and was named the 2023 Helen Stephens Award winner.
The award is presented to an outstanding junior student who has achieved excellence both in the classroom and in the area of intercollegiate sports.
She has received All-American honors in the javelin while competing for William Woods.
Thomas is a 2020 graduate of Community R-VI High School.
