Missourians Can Order Morning After Pill
A new project launched yesterday (Thursday) that will allow anyone with a Missouri address to order a free kit containing two doses of the morning-after pill.
The non-profit Missouri Family Health Council is spearheading the project, which also includes over 30 community distribution sites across Missouri where anyone can pick up a free kit, no questions asked.
Sites include domestic violence shelters, where kits will be available to clients.
In Columbia, Planned Parenthood Great Plains, at 711 North Providence Road will make the kits available.
The kit includes two morning-after pills, condoms, a dental dam and personal lubricant, as well as sexual health information and where to access family planning services.
People can visit MFHC.org/EC to sign up for a kit to be delivered.
