Mexico Man Arrested for Statutory Rape and Statutory Sodomy
A Mexico man is facing charges of Statutory Rape and Statutory Sodomy after an arrest yesterday (Monday), July 23, 2023, by Mexico Public Safety.
According to a news release from Mexico Public Safety an alert area resident notified the department that they were concerned 21-year-old Dominique D. O’Toole of Mexico was in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile.
Mexico Public Safety officers went to O’Toole’s home in the 2700 block of South Clark Street just before 4 yesterday afternoon and found him in the company of a 14-year-old female from Callaway County.
Additional investigation indicated there was a relationship between the two according to the release.
O’Toole was eventually taken to the Audrain County Jail and the juvenile was returned home.
