The Mexico Bulldogs boys and girls basketball teams will be back at home tonight for their North Central Missouri Conference openers against the Marshall Owls.

JV tips at 5pm.

Then Mexico Varsity girls start at 6pm followed by the Mexico boys varsity.

The Associated Press named Missouri Tigers head football coach Eliah Drinkwitz the SEC coach of the year yesterday (Monday).

Drinkwitz will lead the ninth-ranked Tigers into the Cotton Bowl against No. 7 Ohio State.

Mizzou running back Cody Schrader will return to Columbia with some hardware, following the annual Burlsworth Trophy award show last night (Monday).

The Tiger standout won the award, which is given to the most outstanding college football player who started his career as a walk-on.

In hockey the St. Louis Blues defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 2-1 in overtime.

Pavel Buchnevich scored 38 seconds into overtime to give the Blues the victory.

St. Louis has won two of their last three games.
