One Dead and Another Seriously Injured in Ralls County Accident
A Higginsville man is dead following a two-car accident in Ralls County during the afternoon hours of Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Frederick T. Thompson of Higginsville crossed the center line and lost control.
A vehicle driven by 64-year-old Cynthia J. Kilby of Hannibal struck Thompson’s vehicle in the passenger side.
Thompson was pronounced deceased by the Ralls County Coroner.
Kilby was taken to the Hannibal Regional Hospital with serious injuries.
