Riley Strain’s Autopsy Results Released
The death of University of Missouri student Riley Strain has been ruled accidental.
The autopsy report was released on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
The 22-year-old Strain went missing from downtown Nashville on March 8 after being asked to leave Luke Bryan’s bar on lower Broadway for intoxication.
His body was later recovered from the Cumberland River, approximately eight miles from downtown Nashville, 14 days after his disappearance.
According to FOX 17 News who obtained the autopsy report, Strain died from drowning and alcohol poisoning.
This comes following a preliminary autopsy reported there was no evident signs of trauma to his body.
