Missouri Highway Patrol Releases More Details of Fatal Crash on I-70 in Callaway County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released the identity of the man killed on I-70 in a Callaway County crash during the morning hours of Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
According to the patrol’s online crash report, 27-year-old Clayton Hulme, of Troy, Missouri was driving a 2008 Ford F250 when it crossed into the other lane and hit the towed unit of a Freightliner, driven by 54-year-old Thomas Goin of Kansas.
The truck then went off the left side of the road and hit several median cable posts, before coming to rest on its top.
Hulme was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
