Route 151 At the Intersection of Routes 22 and 124 in Centralia to Close Next Week

Construction crews will close Missouri Route 151 in Centralia starting Monday, August 12.

The roadway will remain closed around-the-clock for up to 28 consecutive days.

Motorists will need to use an alternate route for the duration of the closure.

A roundabout is replacing the intersection of Missouri Routes 151, 22 and 124 in Boone County.

All work is weather-permitting and subject to change.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
